Colonel Sam Rodgers, commander of Ambrosia's own Fort Kirby, has recently been accused again of several war crimes by several residents of Starcrown Heights. Colonel Rogers famously defended Ambrosia during the Reign, and was instrumental in administering the controversial detainment camp. However, as before, his opponents remain almost exclusively former inmates, illegal immigrants, and others assorted with unsavory reputations. This paper proudly stands behind Colonel Rogers' impeccable record of service, and says, "Stand proud, Captain America!"
