The historical residence of the Chronos family, a gothic revival manse constructed in the mid 19th century. It was built at a high point on an 1,100 acre estate that Alexander Chronos I purchased in 1852. overlooking the Wolfshead River. Ambrosia Woods, located behind the main house, contains the oldest and largest tract of climax eastern hardwood forest that still exists in Ambrosia County. The manse is famed for housing the world's largest collection of art containing the memento mori motif ranging from Classical to Victorian.
