After finding a free hour or so, somehow, Diana arrived at the agreed time to the second for her yoga lesson. She came dressed appropriately, in yoga pants that were black, with a light blue strip round the wait elastic, and a cropped, skin fitting gym top in the same colour scheme. She had gym trainers on, but expected to remove them.
It was fairly late in the evening, if the windows faced west then there'd be a lovely sunset coming through. She waited outside though, in case she had another client.

"Goodevening" Diana greeted, smiling in return. She stepped in, and almost paled at the talk of turning her phone off... since joining the company she had never had her phone off... reluctantly she took it out of her bag and turned it off... her hands almost seemed to shake as she did it. Her phone.
This did not seem like what she expected, she did not want the whole spiritual side... only the exercise part. But she would not say so now... she was happy to try.
"I have no injuries... fighting fit."

Diana was pretty flexible already from her lifestyle and gym and going to gym classes, but she was nothing special... she could easily touch her toes, but she wasn't going to be bending backwards into bridges any time soon.
She actually rather enjoyed the breathing exercises, even if she had to contain an eyeroll when she was instructed on them. She actually felt herself start to loosen up, just from the breathing alone, it was fairly interesting how you could feel it drift away from you. Perhaps she should not have been so dismissive.
The warm up she found easy enough, since it was a warm up, but she was interested to see how she did practically everything slightly wrong to start, a lifetime of bad habits and poor posture... which she did not even know was bad, working against her.
"I feel good, very... loose," she said, almost as if thinking it was the wrong word, "I can see why we hired you full time,"
