Rory cursed under her breath and watched at the apartment burned. Cursing that her hat and clothes and her personal affects were now all burnt.
She was just glad she had kept her essentials on her. Passport, purse,
She was angry though, shaking with rage. She glared at the building, and narrowed her eyes, they'd not use the place as a safe house again. She called on Gravity, to level the whole complex, not caring if there were people inside. Collateral.
Forces 10.

The Euphoria Point Apartment Complex was built in 2007. It's original owner, Stephen Margolis, had served Operation Desert Storm, and had met two presidents. He was a gentle man, though had suffered much in his lifetime. His first wife had died in a car crash, leaving him with their daughter Jennifer. Jennifer Margolis was would grow up to become Jennifer Smith, after marrying a chef named Roger. Roger Smith was the same man who founded Roger's Pizzeria, which would be closed during the Reign after being unable to export his famous Italian ingredients.
Today, Roger and Jennifer Smith make their living off of the apartment complex her father built all those years ago. Their two children, Roger Junior and Cassandra, are attending the University of Ambrosia on scholarship. Cassandra has yet to tell her parents she's decided she wants to marry a girl named Mary. And she'll never have to.
Tommy Matthews is, or was, prone to sleeping with the light on. His mother thought it was okay for a four year old, but his stepfather worried it was time for him to man up. Bud will spend the rest of his life regretting having taken that extra shift at the hospital and not being there to shield the boy with his body.
Lily Walters struggled with faith her entire life, ever since an encounter with a certain priest. Then her church collapsed during the Reign, along with the priest. She never quite found God, but she did think a little more kindly about flying men than her neighbours. They would later state they always liked her, even though this was a lie.
Joe Kent just wanted to be a pilot, but he was colorblind. Now he was just dead.
Lynne Collie was secretly in love with Joe, and would wish she was dead soon enough.
Lorie Scott didn't even live in Euphoria Point, and was just on her way to buy some Tylenol for her husband's back ache when she stopped to look at the fire.
Sam Hemingway, James Floyd, Ron Clarence, Bill Fenton, Lane Richards, Rick Wong, Ken Summers, and Casey Pringle just happened to be on duty at the firehouse that night. Casey would've learned his child is a boy if he'd survived the week.
Cindy Ferguson, Raul Hernandez, Carl Willians, and Ian Turner would never make Detective in the APD.

Aurore did not know these people, they were just faces in a crowd. No Less than that, they had no faces, drones in a never ending line of people who were in the wrong place. . Let Joan Candle see what happened when she tangled with someone like her.
Aurore turned away from what she had done, still more annoyed about her missing things, her hair returning to its usual blue from the deep purple it had gone. She walked down the street, now looking for a place where should could buy some new clothes. The screaming becoming rather annoying by the time she made it away,
For King and Country. She thought to herself.
