A run down but more or less clean building, who leases it's apartments long term. Has a policy of not asking questions, and non interference, so long as you pay your rent on time.
All the rooms are definitely liveable, if a bit bare and grimy. Most of the appliances work, and there is a communal area if anything in your room is lacking. The owners have a policy on only replacing things at the expense of their customers in the rooms themselves, so repairs and replacements are on the occupants dollar and cannot be removed when the tenant leaves.
One thing that they do not shirk on though, are the strengths of their locks.

After buying some changes of clothes a bit more in the local style, and a new hat. replacing some of her toiletries, and a new duffle bag, seeing as she had crushed hers, even if it had not been incinerated, in a raging tantrum, Aurore took up residence in the apartment. She had slept in all manner of places, and it did not put her off the place was decidedly dingy. Not the worst she had seen by any means.
She settled down, and this time did not bother unpacking, and reached into her coat for her PDA, given to her by the government, and used her abilities to stop sound escaping past her immediate area, in case anyone was listening.
"Joan Candle" She spoke into the mic, looking to bring up information from the database, "Possible Alias"

Apparently, the otherwise unstable woman followed her own professional advice. If it was a name, she'd never used it before, or at least been caught with it.
Rory Hamilton INT: 16
It occurs to Rory that it would be easier to search through the database of known Starborn for someone matching Joan Candle's description.

Rory did just that, she thought it would be an alias, but she did not know if it might have been an alias she was known by.
She changed her search for a feature search, to try and sift through to find anything out about her.

Eventually, after scrolling through MI6's classified database of known Starborn in Britain, she recognized a 'Victoria Saunders, possible alias'. Her hair was blonde in the photo, not red, but it was clearly her. She was listed as a known associate of Thomas Austen, and was last seen in connection with the sinking of a Russian naval cruiser in the Bering Strait last year. The woman was confirmed to be English, but MI5 had no prior records of an electrokinetic woman prior to the appearance of the nameless organization Rory had encountered before.

Aurore was not surprised, it only surprised her that it had taken so long for them to come after her. Well, Joan Candle, or Victoria Saunders, or whatever she was called would soon meet a worse fate than Mr. Austen. looks like her mission would also come with a bonus.
After stopping using her sound powers, she replaced her hat on her head, covering the colour of her hair, and headed out. Her primary objective could wait for a while, this had become personal.

When Rory returned, she locked her door, and got our the file, opening it to read it's contents.

Rory returned to the place after leaving Olympus and got to work doing some kind of actual spy work. She got out her PDA out and after locking the door and cutting off the sound leaving the place, got in search of the license plate number she had seen at the welcome centre earlier.

Rory pulls up the name 'Juniper Lane'. African-American, 27, address 1104 Magpie Lane. A quick perusal through civic records reveals she is recently divorced with children, and has a law degree from the University of Ambrosia. She has represented various charity organizations, though it appears the Starcrown Heights Welcome Center is her sole employer for the moment.

She makes a note of the address, then looks up any known associates, hoping to see the faces of other people she had seen going in. If that failed, she would put "Native American Ambrosia" into a search engine... you can't go looking round like that without people noticing.

Google turns up various articles on the Okwaho tribe, and learns that the entire Wolfshead Valley was once their domain, before the arrival of Col. Ambrose Oakmont and his band of settlers just after the Revolutionary War. What survivors remained were eventually forced west by Andrew Jackson's Indian Removal Act. Today, only a few Okwaho tribal members still reside in the Wolfshead Valley. One picture of traditional Okwaho garb reminds her of the strange man she saw.
Eventually, after almost an hour of browsing, she tracks down a Wolf's Howl article about the 'Wolfman of Starcrown'. Three years ago, an individual in Okwaho tribal dress was spotted publicly assaulting and murdering known criminals. No suspect was ever arrested, but locals described him as some sort of shapeshifter. Rory's own MI6 database has nothing on the incident, but her own instincts and experience suggests the Wolfman report was somehow undesirable and buried by someone looking to make people forget about it.
