Andy thinks a little on the route, and holds up 4 fingers "Give me 4 minutes, and I can bring a few examples. If you want the full shipment, I'll need around 20 minutes." He didn't have to rush for things like this, these men were professional and they understood how the game was played.

Kim texted a message. "Let me just see what our employer will commit to."
Sinbad approached while hos companion was in communique. The Persian lowered his voice. "Tell me, Mister Magnum... is it true that for the right money, one can buy miracles in Starcrown?"

Andy gets shifty eyed "Now, I don't go a trucking with any those here mars folk, but I reckon they'd do you a something something for a bit of dough, just as a regular business deal. Problem is finding out who and what they can do. Don't think they'd trust anyone really. Most don't like em siree, no man."

"Pity... I knew an Agent in the war. She had come to our country seeking our government's wormhole facilities. Not strictly legal even before the war, you must understand, but what did the Great Satan understand of Allah's will?" He chuckled at his early naivete. "I was a Captain of the Revolutionary Guards when I first saw her. She was like a djinn to us, straight out of a child's tale. If you coud have seen her... Today's Starborn are a pale imitation of their forefathers... To see an Agent is to see the face of Allah."
Kim returned from his corner. "He says he'll take the full complement."

He scratches his nose "Some might disagree with ya about that, some'd agree guess so." At Kim words he gives a smile "Well then, sounds right proper. You want me to look into the Stingers, or should I forget you mentioned it?"

"I think we'll settle for assault rifles. Crackerjack is a drugdealer, not a terrorist."
Sinbad shrugged. "If he so desires. The opposition will still be employing fireballs, not bullets."
Kim continued. "I'm authorized to wire your money as soon as Mr. Sinbad has inspected the goods."

Andy nods and opens a grate on the ground that leads underground "Then if you gents'll wait here, I'll fetch them." Once safely underground he'll collect the assault rifles he had in stock. He'd need to see about another shipment after this deal went down, and with the money he'd get from it that'd go all fine. He almost wants to see if he can get a stinger just because, see if his usual connections could get that sorta thing.
After about 15 minutes all the cases are stacked neatly underground, and Andy pops up from the grate again, stacking them all at normal speed on the ground of the warehouse.

"Mister Sinbad?" The older man picked up a gun at random, disassembling it. "Good model. Slightly worn, but not the lesser for it." He looked through the barrel piece, then picked up the clip, testing the springs. "I trust there are complementary extra clips."
Without waiting for a response, he began flipping the triggers and switches in rapid succession, watching the guns innards carefully. "The mechanisms are reliable." He then reassembled the gun. "I would not suggest Crackerjack storm any beaches with this, but for urban warfare, he can rest easy."
Kim rolled his eyes when Sinbad wasn't looking. "How much for the lot?"

Andy names a large but reasonable figure for illegal untraceable weapons (Because certain figures are lame)

"Fair enough." Robert Kim offered his hand. "Shake on it?"

Magnum just keeps tip-tapping away on his phone, emailing contacts to start looking at replenish his supply of firearms. These sorta things could take weeks after all, had to plant tree's early to benefit from em when older. He does not take the hand "Get the money on the account, and we'll consider that shaken enough for both of us."

Robert Kim frowns. "I thought they taught better manners in Texas."
His stretches forward to grab Andy's, his sleeve revealing a bionic cufflink favored by law enforcement for quick arrests. Like a scorpion sting, it flexes out at its target, packing an electric charge to stun as its payload.
Magnum FIN: 26 Magnum SPE: 39
Kim's reflexes and whatever AI and hydraulics that power the device are simply too slow. The arms dealer might as well be on the other side of the room. Sinbad's own expression suggests he is just as surprised by the reaction, but it forms slowly in the speedster's perspective.

Andy spins back with 5 quick steps back and draws his duel magnums in a flash, training a gun on each of the men "Now this here is a right unfortunate turn of events." he says with a grimace "You a looking to keep me silent on the matter then?" His eyes flick between the two, watching their every action. The threat if they try to pull anything else is obvious here.

"What the Devil...?" cries Sinbad. "This was supposed to be a gentleman's deal, Kim."
Andy could hear doors being knocked down, as several someones forced their way in. Kim yelled, but did not make any sudden moves. "My name is Detective William Park, APD Vice. The warehouse is already surrounded by NOVA troop." NOVA, or the Narcotics Operational Vanguard of Ambrosia, was the city's response to the recent crime wave. Supposedly, they were nothing more than Mayor Barker's attempt to regain control over Starcrown, and they were as much a paramilitary organization as anything else. "All we want is to have a nice friendly chat, Mister Magnum."

Magnum considers capping the cop, but killing law enforcement when there's no way to cover it up would not help him at all. Damn, seems like the police were taking advantage of the chaos just as much the criminals. "Bullshit Detective. I'm out." He moves to the grate and checks down it quickly before hopefully GTFOing.
