The prior history of this random abandoned warehouse is as irrelevant to this day as the U.S. Vice President's birthday. Otherwise, Andy Shroeder had found it a functional and discrete location for his past dealings. The customers had yet to arrive while the Texan made his preparations.

Andy arrives 45 minutes early to where his meet was supposed to go down, as usual. It's really just a chance to stretch his legs, but he still checks the usual escape spots and hiding places as he strolls. After that, he'll go stealth mode and wait for the others to arrive. Batmans dad always appeared from the shadows, why shouldn't he? Mystery was good for business after all.

Two men who were clearly not Harlan Slade entered eventually. One was Asian, slim, and dressed in a tasteful black suit, while the other was a Middle-Eastern gentleman with a beard down to his chest. His suit wasn't nearly as nice.
Andy Shroeder FIN: 24
Neither of the men spotted Magnum, allowing him to study the strangers. The first one was Andy's age, and seemed perfectly at ease in the setting. The other man looked much more tense, and regularly stared at his expensive watch.
The younger man spoke first. "He's probably hanging in the shadows. watching us, so don't look like a doofus." His accent was American, probably Midwest.
The older man stroked his beard. "Then he is a great ponce, my friend, and he would be better served at a house of ill repute." His own accent was seemingly English, though he could just as well be from any region with strong British influences.

Andy didn't even know what a ponce was. He swaggers out of the shadows anyway "Right think this is a city of ill repute, so fits me just fine. Now I was a fixing to run a deal with Harlan Slade, least his contacts. I don't recognize either your faces though."

"Harlan Slade is quite dead, friend. He was decapitated not a day ago in one of those places I mentioned." The older man was not intimidated, but still tense in some other way.
The younger man extended his hand. "Sorry, I'm Robert Kim, and everyone calls the codger Sinbad, since noone can pronounce his name properly. We've never dealt with each other directly, but I do have good references. Agnetha Megalos, Benny Tolstoy, Yoshi Wakayama, they'll all confirm I have mediated past dealings for them in the past. However, with Harlan Slade's demise, his lieutenants have fallen to open feuding."
"A veritable tribal wedding," muttered Sinbad.
"One of these gentleman as hired us to mediate an arms deal on their behalf." He handed Andy a card with a number and the name of an authorized contact.
"Mr. 'Crackerjack' was unable to make it for fear of being gunned down outside his home, but he'll be happy to confirm we're who we say we are."
"A tribal wedding with the most grotestque catering." Sinbad harrumphed again.
Andy Shroeder INT: 8
It was not unusual enough for criminal enterprises as large as Slade's to hire new people on during a crisis. Kim seemed professional enough, though how someone like Sinbad ended up in this business must be quite a tale,

Andy nods along, not letting the massive news rock him back. He checked out the card, but it seemed like he was getting into the big times now with this here Mr. 'Crackerjack'. He shakes the mans hand and smiles "Right here pleasure to meet you folks. I'm Magnum, as I spect you're aware."
Caution still whispered in his ear though, and he pulled out a phone "Mind if I confirm right here with your 'Crackerjack'? Give me one second is all." he dials the number.

"Crackerjack speakin'." The voice was familiar enough. Andy could recall a lanky gunman who'd accompanied the late Slade to prior meetings. He had seemed savvy enough, but had never struck Andy as more than middle management at most in his wildest dreams.

"Hey Crackerjack, this is here Magnum. Just confirming you've sent some fine men to talk to me about a deal, don't want anyone using your name" Middle management trying to be something more, interesting.

"Yeah, the Koh-rean's trustworthy, we use him for a lot of out of town business. Sinbad's cranky as hell, but he knows his shit. Used to buy and trade arms during the Reign. Not sure where Harlan pulled them up, but if he liked 'em enough to put cash in their hands, then so do I." Andy could hear someone playing the latest Mortal Kombat game, which was currently banned in at least six countries.

"Thanks man. Kill Scorpio for me a few times, but I'll see this done." He hits the red button and turns back to the two men "Apologies for that, just like to check these sorta things. What can I do for you folks." Andy settles back on his heels and stick his thumbs in his jeans.

Kim produced a notepad from his suit. "We need... a dozen untraceable firearms. Some flashbang grenades. Smoke grenades. And... a katana?"
He looked at his companion, who shrugged. "'Never give a sword to a man who can't dance'. Perhaps Crackerjack is secretly a tango enthusiast."
Kim looked at Andy.
"Can you handle that order?"

"Grenades are easy. But if y'all want firearms, I'm going to need to ask for something more than that for details. I can get a dozen easy, but might not be the ones you want. As for the sword... Well, let my check. Got some blades stashed away, can't rightly remember if there was a jap one though. "
Andy checks his phone, because while he couldn't remember things beautiful electronic memory could. No locations in there, but it did have his stock. While he checks, he'll absentmindedly swipe his main catalog to their devices for actual guns. Yay 21st century sharing tech.

Sinbad, stroking his beard, opined, "For urban warfare, normally I'd suggest SMGs for easy transport and manageable spread, but as Starcrown is known for its urban decay and unique fauna, I think we should consider assault rifles."
Robert Kim frowned at the Persian. "Really? Doesn't that seem a bit much?"
"Young man, I fought the flying devils fifteen years ago. I would suggest stinger missiles if I thought our Mister Magnum had access to them."

Andy coughs, then clears his throat "Well actually, I may not have access to the newest cutting edge models in use by the military, but the Stinger system has been in use for over 70 years. I can get you some 2040,maybe 2050 models if I had some time. " he checks his phone "but assault rifles I could get you today easy."

Robert Kim grinned. "We'll need to see the goods, but yeah... I think Crackerjack will go for some Expendables Seven gear." For a young man, he had a curious fascination for terrible 2030s action films. "How soon can we see the rifles, Mister Magnum?"
