Keiko looked between the two men, hands clenched and tears still in her eyes as she spoke in japanese as well. "What's going on..." She asked shakingly, before her face twisted into one of pure anger, "...WHAT's GOING ON!?!?!" She shouted as loud as she could, throwing her arms to her side as the entire strange situation was becoming to much. "Was that thing real!? Is any of this even real!?" She demanded as she motioned her arms to the surrounding area, her eyes going to wick as she spoke, "Are you even real, Wick-San?" The old man was not at all perturbed by her outburst. He reminded her of old samurai films she had seen as a child, and some of the instructors she had met. "John, send us somewhere more sensible." "Yes, Sensei." *** They were now standing in a different field, only Keiko knew it immediately. She could see Mt. Fuji rising in the distance. There were no chattering tourists though, nor could she make out the buzzing of any cars or motorbikes. The air smelled different, cleaner. The old man smiled. "As I was trying to explain. My name is Kazuo Ogami. I am a biologist who has made it his life's study to understand and protect people with your gifts. My friend here can move between realities with a thought, just as you can distort gravity to increase your physical abilities, or so I hypothesize thus far. Please..." Somehow, a table had materialized, along with some hot tea. "Let us sit, and I will attempt to answer any questions you may have."

Keiko was staring at Mt. Fuji in amazement, turning around to see the natural sights, rather then the creep of modern civilization. She calmed down a bit, hearing the explanation, but didn't relax as she looked to the table and tea.
"Other Realities...But this...it seems more like Time-Travel...Did we get sent to another reality? Where a table and tea were already prepared?" She asked, taking a guess about how the items had materialized. Traveling between different realities, if that was really what was going on, meant that perhaps they'd gone to different places where events hadn't taken place? Or where time was moving at a different speed for events? If such events could even be considered a part of time and not merely the product of random chance, which tied into realities, and the infinite possibilities of-
Keiko let out a sigh as she walked to the table and took a seat in the chair that hadn't been there before, resting her head on the desk and enjoying things not moving right now. "I...Please, Ogami-San...I'd like to have a minute..." She asked. She had enough understanding to follow what was going on, but that didn't mean it made it easier to accept. What she wanted, more then anything, was just a chance to catch her breath without being bounced to another world.

"Take your time. The table is from my estate in Osaka. I had just finished brewing tea when John told me you had arrived at the Welcome Center. I am forbidden entry into the United States, and Ambrosia is one of the few American cities where I might be recognized." He poured her some tea. "Fret not, few dinosaurs have migrated here from the mainland. Though there is a fearsome breed of tiger in the forests. If we are lucky, we may see some pterodactyls. This universe is most excellent for quiet contemplation. It is one of the few found in the multiverse so far capable of supporting life as we know it. Most of the others are still just bacteria and prokaryotes."
John took a seat beside Ogami. He was obviously British, but his behavior towards Ogami was like a student honoring his instructor.

"We're still in the dinosaur land...got it..." Keiko said as she let out a sigh, raising back to at least a sitting positon as she looked to the tea. Ogami's words made her curious, like why it was that most of the worlds weren't more advanced? Maybe it had something to do with time, but she didn't really care right now.
She glanced to John, sitting formally next to Ogami and making her a bit nervous. If John's power was to control space, and he was loyal to Ogami, she wondered what it was Ogami could do.
"So...you said you would try to answer some of my questions, Ogami-san...What is the welcome center really for? It doesn't seem like you'd go through all this trouble just to help people like me preform community service alone..." Keiko asked, not sure if she could trust the tea or not.

John Wick coughed. "If I may, sensei... the Starcrown Heights Welcome Center doesn't quite exist. On paper, that building belongs to a small charity organization dedicated to aiding local residents. However, as you may suspect, it is actually a front for our efforts in assisting and relocating those who have found themselves treated poorly by the U.S government. You see, under American law, Starborn rank only slightly higher than pets. They have no security, no healthcare, no civil rights. Rape and murder cases are not even proper investigated, much less prosecuted, if the victim is determined to be of Vriskae ancestry. The Welcome Center is a means for our organization to reach out into the local populace, and offer our aid. Does that make sense, Nakajima-san? We are like the American underground railroad. Do you know what that was?" Keiko Nakajima INT: 16 Keiko does indeed know. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underground_Railroad

"So you're smuggling Star Born in and out of the country, so that they can get a better way of life..." Keiko said, understanding the point he was getting across well. "Things haven't been good since I came here...I'll admit that. If you offered some help to me, I wouldn't refuse..." She said, some hesitation in her voice as she went on.
"But inside the help center, I seemed to be bounced around to different places. Or...times. An island ruled by France...then a plain with Dinosaurs..." She said with a bit of a grimace, remembering the viscera she had created assuming her target was some sort of fake. "Why send me to so many different places like that?"
